RALLIS RETURN POLICY
While we always strive to ship quality products from each manufacturer, we know circumstances arise where products need to be returned.The following is the return policy and procedure guide:
• Any return must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
• No returns accepted after 30 days of delivery date.
• No merchandise may be returned for credit without prior written authorization by Rallis Corp.
• A Return Authorization number and return information must be obtained from Rallis for any possible return.

DO NOT CALL OR RETURN ANY PRODUCT DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER, OR NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED BY RALLIS CORP.
• All products must be returned in original packaging, unused, unassembled and in sell-able condition, or no credit
will be issued.
• Packaging may be purchased if necessary.

• Unused goods in original packaging — 80%
• Unused goods without original packaging — 0%
• Used Goods — 0%
• Blood Drawing/Phlebotomy products opened without original packaging — 0%
• Damaged Goods — See Rallis Shipping Methods and Policies
• Original shipping charges will not be credited. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
